Training can be completed on a F2F basis, with an additional charge to cover travel.

 

Presentation Skills - Led by an expert trainer with extensive presentation experience, this course is designed for people who need to present within their role. Many roles now include presenting but often employees feel under-trained and under-prepared for this part of their role.  This course looks at common mistakes in presenting and how to avoid them and guides the attendee to aim for best practice by running through scenarios. The session covers how to design and construct a timely presentation and running notes for both Face To Face and online presenting. The session empowers the attendees with the best practice toolkit and confidence building during the session to feel they can deliver a presentation in their role with confidence.  At the end of the session there is time to answer questions and discuss specific role scenarios with the attendees to help with the application of their learning.

 

Customer Service - Led by an expert trainer with extensive customer service experience, this course is for anyone who has a role involving customer service.  This course is tailored to the roles of the attendees in the course.  We will discuss which roles are represented in the training when you book the training course. In this session attendees will be equipped with the Best Practice Toolkit to help them reach their customer service gold standard goals and a De-escalation Toolkit to empower them to feel confident in handling complaints and stressful customer situations. The session will cover customer service myth busting, scenarios and through an interactive problem-solving activity increase the knowledge of the attendees on solution finding. This course will empower your employees with knowledge, customer service application and confidence in their role.

Allyship and Inclusion – Led by an expert trainer with vast experience of creating inclusive work environments and inspiring staff to be active allies this course educates, empowers and motivates attendees. This course covers what it takes to be inclusive and an ally and why that is important for the person, the team, the customer and beyond. Addressing empathy blockers and triggers that cause discrimination and division, attendees are taken on a learning journey that allows these issues to be addressed in a safe environment and inspire cohesive and inclusive thinking.  This thinking is then put into action by empowering attendees to know what they can do in the workplaces to be an ally and promote inclusion. Learning about protected characteristic is used as a doorway to further develop attendees’ knowledge about individuality and accepting people for who they are. Empowering attendees to be able to bring their whole self to work and be a part of helping other employees to do the same.

 

Transgender Awareness - Led by an expert trainer with lived experience who can provide not only awareness training but also teach the wisdom of its application in real life. This course covers Transgender Awareness and applies it to the role of the attendee. The session provides a good level of Transgender Awareness through explaining terminology, the law, pronouns and neo pronouns, stereotyping and myth busting. We then cover scenarios and best practice and empower attendees with an inclusivity toolkit that helps them feel confident in applying what they have learned in their role. The training ends with a question-and-answer session where attendees can ask questions on what they have learned to help ensure they have the opportunity to clarify anything and fill any knowledge gaps they have. The session is run trauma informed and as a safe space to learn.  Staff trained in Transgender awareness can provide a better service to your customers, a better and more inclusive environment for their colleagues and they have transferable knowledge for their life outside of work enhancing their whole well being. The knowledge from this course can assist in creating a better culture of acceptance within your organisation that helps inclusion and acceptance beyond Transgender acceptance. 

 

LGBTQIA+ Awareness - Led by an expert trainer with lived experience who can provide not only awareness training but also teach the wisdom of its application in real life. This course covers LGBTQIA+ Awareness of the broad spectrum of people within the LGBTQIA+ community and applies it to the role of the attendee. The session provides a good level of LGBTQIA+ Awareness through explaining terminology, the law, pronouns and neo pronouns, stereotyping, heterosexism and myth busting. We then cover scenarios and best practice and empower attendees with an inclusivity toolkit that helps them feel confident in applying what they have learned in their role. The training ends with a question-and-answer session where attendees can ask questions on what they have learned to help ensure they can clarify anything and fill any knowledge gaps they have.
